Apple moves towards China again to make iPhone
Technology giant Apple is once again giving priority to China in the production of iPhone 16 series. For this reason, Foxconn, a Taiwanese contract manufacturer, has begun hiring large-scale workers in its Chinese factories. News Bloomberg.
Earlier, Apple shifted manufacturing operations from China to India due to supply chain issues including the Covid-19 pandemic. In the last financial year, Apple produced iPhones worth 14 billion dollars in India.
The new focus on China has given new hope to the local market. It is also reported that China will invest 100 million yuan or 140 million dollars in Zhengzhou.
